Bali 2019 hit list

by - May 30, 2019

Not another Bali post I hear you say. Yes. I'm here to keep you up to date and relevant - you're welcome.
I'm about to list 8 hot spots which are new on the scene in the Canggu / Seminyak area to give you yet another reason to head back to Bali.

1. Finns beach club, a classic, and still as good as ever but now management have given this gem a reboot with the addition of a new infinity pool and added VIP areas. Stay tuned, they are currently undergoing renovations and by the looks of it there will be an exclusive rooftop area in the coming months!

2. Mano Beach House is perfect for all your cocktail-drinking, holiday needs. Just opposite La Lucciola and smack bang on the beach, My good friend Dewa recently opened this joint and its super chilled.

3. Tropicola Three bars, two pools, and a billion Instagram opportunities thanks to a colourful mashup of Miami and Tulum vibes. It legit only opened a few months ago and is abso-bloody-lutely the cool place to be seen. Rumour is it’ll be as big as Mexicola in the coming months – you heard it here first pals.

4. Neon Palms opened last April  and is the prettiest venue you need in your travels, all thanks to the owner of Sea Circus. It’s located above the Bali Boat Shed clothing store in Seminyak, and you enter via the pink door. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

5. If you love La Laguna or La Favela (and who doesn't), you’ll love La Brisa.

6. Omnia‘s the best. Ok this one is in Uluwatu but it’s the only beach club in Bali that’s actually 21+, meaning no screaming children will ruin your banger of a time. I definitely think it’s worth snapping up a cabana and making a day of it like you’re real royalty – sure, it’s a bit pricey, but split up the costs between your squad and redeem it back with food and drink and you’re set.

7. I did drive by what looked like “Cafe Del Mar” Bali edition. Yep - can’t wait for this one to open up. So add it to your list of places to visit if you have a Bali trip coming up!

8. Lastly, Lloyds Inn - if you’re like me and have a soft spot for interior design, you need to check out this minimalists dream at Lloyd's, trust me this boutique hotel is like no other in Bali. Located on double six street in Seminyak I couldn’t go past one night in this beauty.

Once again, Bali never disappoints. I'm so grateful that I really got to breathe and reconnect with Bali, thanks to this lovely little nook. You guys should definitely put Lloyd's Inn at the top of your list for the next time you book a Bali trip!

With love, mars xx
